fantastic stay!
free shuttle helpful staff available taxi
The hotel provided free shuttle services to two beaches, along with evening trips to the old market and naama bay, this was helpful. taxi services were readily available directly at the hotel entrance if needed. the staff demonstrated really good helpfulness. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries.

the receptionists were very kind, extending their assistance equally to all guests, i saw egyptian and foreign visitors receive the same high level of service. mr ahmed and mr michael received special recognition for their excellent service.

the rooms were cleaned daily with unique towel art. ibrahim, the housekeeper, was praised for his attention to detail, he consistently left the room super clean and added creative towel decorations every day. shower towels were replaced daily.

rude staff same food
the rooms felt decently clean on arrival, so thats a plus.
Honestly, my experience wasn't great. the food tasted the same every day. i got sick twice . the staff seemed rude toward english guests. If i didn't finish a drink, they acted aggressively and refused to serve another

free transport comfortable sun loungers
The hotel provided free transport to two beaches and two cities, Old Town and Naama Bay. There was satisfactory food available and drinks were available all day. The pools were very nice and sun loungers were comfortable.
The internet connection was sometimes unstable though.
